昨日は大好きなフランス人アーティスト Nathalie Leteの展覧会を見に、
工房友達と自由ヶ丘のギャラリー・ドゥ・ディマンシュへ行きました。
モノクロのドローイング作品は始めて見たけどやはりナタリーらしさが溢れててとても素敵。
グッズや本も充実していて、画集を二冊購入しました。

Gallery doux dimanche

I went to see Nathalie Lete exhibition at Gallery doux dimanche in Jiyugaoka
with my artist friends.
Nathalie is my favorite French artist. Usually, her art works are full of beautiful colors,
and this time, she approached black paintings. I also loved those. Her people were really
fascinating,
I bought 2 her picture books there.

その後、原宿の工房近くにあるナタリーの物を扱っているセレクトショップ、
ウサギ・プゥ・トワ（Usagi pour toi）へ。かわいい生肉人形のディスプレイが
出迎えてくれます。

After that, We visited the goods shop “Usagi pour toi” that sales Nathalie’s products in Harajuku.
Nathalie’s raw meet dolls will welcome you. 🙂

こちらでは雑貨以外にもいつものカラフルなドローイング、そしてすごくハイセンスな
リトグラフも展示販売してるのてす。リトグラフ欲しいなぁ…。

We could see her colorful paintings and lithographs in here.
I felt that I wanted to buy her lithographs.

しばらくブログから離れていました。
その間にいつしか桜が咲き、散っていました。

I was away from my blog for a while.
Meanwhile, cherry blossoms bloom and fell.

こんなにも長く離れていた理由を少しだけ触れたいと思います。
闘病中だった母が３月に他界しました。
実を言うとここ半年程は私も仕事の手を殆ど止めて、母に寄り添って
おりました。戦い抜いて逝った母を最後まで見送りました。

I’d like to mention a little about the reason of my long silence.
My mother who was fitting disease passed away on March.
Actually, I had almost stopped my work and was staying with her
over the last six months.
And I was by her bedside when she fought it out and died.

いまはきっと苦しみから解放されて静かで安らかな場所にいると思います。
今度の週末が四十九日です。いよいよ本当にお別れかと思うと少し寂しいのですが、
その時がきたら感謝の気持を込めて送り出したいと思います。

I hope that now she is in the peaceful place.

なかなかPCの前に座る時間が持てず、しばらくお休みしてしまってました。
私自身もボチボチと自分の仕事にとりかかり、仕事のペースを取り戻しつつ
あります。

I’ve gradually been able to go back to my own job day by day.

SNSであるfacebookにはそれでもまだiPhoneという携帯できるところから
アップできるので少しは近況をお知らせできてたのですが、
また再びブログも再開して行きたいと思います。
そうです思い立って４月上旬京都にも行ったのです。
そのこともまた次回以降に書きますね。

I wish to be back on my blog again.
So, I made an impromptu visit to Kyoto in early April.
I’ll write about it next time.

＜お祝いとお手紙は手製の封筒に入れてみました＞
＜my letter to my grandmother ＞

週末は祖母の100歳記念を総勢25名の親戚一同でお祝いしました。
My all family celebrated our grandmother’s 100th birthday anniversary this weekend.

９５歳頃突然手足が効かなくなった所から見事に復活し、今では散歩はかかしません。
俳句を詠んで、ピアノでソナチネの練習をして絵手紙も描いています。
When she was around 95th, her arms and legs didn’t move suddenly.
However she marvelously made a comeback. Now, she goes for a walk almost every day, not only that
she is practicing piano suite “Sonatine”, composing Haiku (poems consisting of three lines of five, seven
and five syllables) and painting in watercolors.

当日も杖なしでさくさく歩き大きな花束を抱える祖母をみて関心しきりでした。
近くにいるだけでとてもありがたくて幸せな気持ちになりました。
遠くてなかなか会えないのだけれど、どうかいつまでも元気でいて欲しいと心から願いました。

I really want she to be well forever.
