<Meiji-jingu Meiji-shurine>

I took a walk in the Meiji-jingu forest before
I went to my studio yesterday.

I think that Hrajuku is a really interesting city though,
the most fascinating of all is that there is a forest.
We can come here in only 5 minutes from
Harajuku station.

<You’ll know that you are already in a deep forest in a moment >

I chose a carriage way side because there are not
many people and cars here side.
It was so quiet during the daytime.

<evergreen trees >

As hard as it is to believe, this forest was artificially-made
about 90 years ago. after research, scholars planted
evergreen trees almost, because those trees
were suited to Tokyo soil.
They tried to make the natural forest by 100 years.
And now, we know that they did it.

<Acorns were falling to the ground>

<I put my red boots instead of maple leaves>

First, I found a pigeon on fallen leaves soon.
I heard the sound like large drops of rain.
That was the sound which acorns fell from trees.
I picked up acorns hats.

<I think acorn’s hats are like Buddha’s hair >

<one of work tables in our studio>

After that, I went to my studio.
When I worked on a warmer,I felt like I was being watched….

< Miss a former rubber spatula >

A “former” rubber spatula watched me with a friendly smile.
Where is your rubber head?
It’s full of odd happenings like this in our studio.
